DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE
- Delivery is by COLISSIMO.
You can choose to have your order delivered :
- to your home, for €3.95,
- or to one of our 18,000 pick-up points or consigne pick-up, at a cost of €2.95.
It takes an average of 4 working days from the day you place your order to the day of delivery.
For orders over €100, Colissimo delivery is free. So don't hesitate to take advantage.
- If your order is urgent, you can use CHRONOPOST. The average time between your order and delivery is 3 working days.
You can choose to have your order delivered :
- home delivery, at a cost of €18.20,
- or to one of our 18,000 pick-up points or consignees, at a cost of €15.20.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE METROPOLITAN FRANCE
- For all orders outside metropolitan France, AV08 Paris delivers by Colissimo with signature in some countries, at the following rate :
- 7.00€ in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands,
- 9.00€ in Austria, Spain (except specific territories), Portugal, Italy and Switzerland.
The delivery time is about one week.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- You have the possibility to return a product within 30 days following the date of reception of the order.
From metropolitan France, returns are free of charge.
- Here are the steps to follow :
- Connect to the av08-paris.fr website, and identify yourself by going to the "My Account" section
- Select the order in question in "History and details of my orders", then the product to return. We only accept returns of new products in their original packaging.
- Once your return request is validated, carefully prepare your package.
- MUST insert your delivery note in the parcel, which can be found in this section "History and details of my orders", surrounding the returned product.
- AV08 will send you a prepaid return label by e-mail, which you will need to print out and affix to your parcel.
- Drop it off at the post office of your choice. Be sure to keep your tracking slip.
Once your package is received, give us a few days to process your return or exchange.
You will receive an email to notify you when the new package has been reshipped or the refund has been processed. Refunds are made by the same payment method as the original payment.
