DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO PLACE MY ORDER?

HOW TO CREATE MY ACCOUNT ?

You can create your account by clicking on My account at the top right of the home page on your computer or your mobile. The email address you provide when creating your account is the one to which we will send you the information related to the follow-up of your order.

   

I LOST MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I LOG IN ?

If you have forgotten your password, click on My account in the top right corner of your computer or your mobile. Then on forgotten password, enter the email address of your account, we will send you an email with a link to generate a new password.

  

HOW TO UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PASSWORD ?

Log in to My Account, click on the "Information" link. You can then update your login information (email address and password).

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER ?

Once your order is validated, it is automatically transmitted to be prepared and shipped as soon as possible. It is therefore no longer possible to modify or cancel it. However, you will have the possibility to return the items within 30 days to be reimbursed.

  

HAS MY ORDER BEEN TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT ?

Once the payment of your order is accepted, your order is automatically validated. An order confirmation email is then sent to your account email address. You can also find your order in the section "History and details of my orders" by connecting to your account.

DELIVERY

  

I MIGHT BE ABSENT DURING THE DELIVERY, HOW CAN I GET MY PARCEL ?

In case of absence, a notice will be left in your mailbox and will allow you to retrieve the package the next day in your post office. You can also think about having your package delivered to your workplace by changing the shipping address when you place your next order. Or opt for a delivery directly at the post office or at your shop.

  

HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE ?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email in which a link will allow you to follow the progress of your package in real time. Then, COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST will inform you of the different steps until the delivery.

 

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER.

If you encounter a problem with the delivery of your order, do not hesitate to contact us within 7 days of placing your order at Contact. We will then be able to contact COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST on our side in order to have information on the delay of delivery.

 

MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO YOU, HOW TO GET IT BACK ?

If you could not receive your order in time, the package will be automatically returned to us by the postal services..

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ?

Any item purchased online can be returned to us within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package. To find out how to return or exchange an item, go to the Delivery and Returns section.

 

I HAVE MADE A RETURN, HOW SOON WILL I BE REFUNDED ?

We proceed to the refund of the returned items after reception and verification of your return package. It takes us a few days to process and record the returns. Therefore, we process and refund returns within an average of 7 business days from the time we receive your package.

You can track the delivery of your return using the tracking number on the proof of deposit.

You will be notified by email as soon as we have processed your refund.

HOW TO CARE FOR THE SCARF ?

Hand washing in cold water and natural air drying are recommended to keep the softness & colors of the product for a long time.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LINEN SCARF, AN ORGANIC COTTON SCARF AND A WOOL SCARF ?

The feel and volume differ between these 3 natural fibers.

  • Linen has a slightly drier feel and the scarf feels more voluminous. Linen is usually worn in the spring and summer.
  • Organic cotton has a very soft feel, and the scarf is softer. AV08 Paris uses two different weaves, either canvas (very fluid and light), or twill (a little thicker). You will find this information on the product sheet. The cotton can be worn all year round and is very comfortable to wear.
  • And wool, which brings warmth, has a slightly drier feel, while also being fluid. It is recommended for the fall and winter. To each his preferences... 

  

HOW ARE THE SCARF PACKAGED ?

Each scarf is wrapped in silk paper, then put in a white box personalized with the AV08 logo.
